Casas Heddy, Well-Being Resort Puerto del Carmen , Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

The hotel room was spacious with a small balcony and a sea view, though located up a flight of stairs, which was not very convenient. The bedding was only changed once during my 11-day stay, and carrying a bike up and down daily was a hassle. Yet, the room offered great space and a fantastic shower, with excellent cleaning service.

The hotel had mixed experiences with spacious rooms but issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The service was exemplary with helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect for certain preferences but required additional transportation for others. The dining options were satisfactory for the price paid. The facilities offered were decent despite some drawbacks in maintenance.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were so nice, especially the bed was incredibly comfortable. Each room felt like its own little hideaway, and they even had a hospital bed for a disabled person. The size was perfect with plenty of space, a small balcony with a sea view, and the shower was superb. The location was spot on, in a quiet residential area of Puerto del Carmen with lovely mountain views all around. As for dining, the meals were so filling and tasty, offering a wide variety of hot and cold options. Plus, I loved that the food changed daily, keeping things interesting. Lastly, the facilities were great, making my stay even more enjoyable.
